  • EEA to US/Singapore: We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and necessary technical safeguards to ensure a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR.
  • Singapore (PDPA): For data processed in Singapore, we comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore.
