Welcome to Rorzone, operated by Susisoft Ltd. (Susisoft Oy, Business ID: 33555216-3, registered in Finland). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our services, including our website, applications, and subscription offerings (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Steam authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Rorzone is free to use with optional paid subscription plans. We offer a 14-day free trial period for new subscribers. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees at the end of your trial period and on each subsequent billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected) automatically and continuously until cancelled.
Trial Period: New users receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan.
You may be able to submit, upload, or share content through the Service, such as driver names, profile information, or other data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant Susisoft Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice.

The name Rorzone, our logos, and all related product and service names are the exclusive property of Susisoft Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the Service settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the availability of servers. We make no warranties regarding compatibility with specific games, mods, or third-party services (including Steam). Server downtime, maintenance, or technical issues may occur, and we are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for any matter which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude under Finnish or EU Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Susisoft Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Rorzone depends on third-party infrastructure (cloud hosting, ISPs, and Steam). We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including infrastructure failures (outages in data centers or platforms like Steam), cyber-attacks (DDoS), or extraordinary events such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Finland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
