Reactivation: You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time. If you reactivate within the same billing cycle, you will resume your existing subscription. If you reactivate after your subscription has expired, you may be eligible for a new trial period at our discretion.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding billing and handles returns.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Most refunds appear within 5-14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please Contact Us First: If you have a billing dispute or recognize a charge you didn't intend to make, please contact us or Paddle.net directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Note: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to the immediate suspension of your Rorzone/Steam-linked account to prevent further unauthorized activity.
Finland and EU/EEA Residents: This policy complies with Finnish consumer protection law and EU consumer rights directives. You have additional statutory rights that cannot be waived by this policy.
Other Regions: If you are located outside the EU/EEA, this policy applies to the extent permitted by local law. You may have additional rights under local consumer protection legislation.
As outlined in our Terms of Service, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events). Refunds will not be provided for short-term interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.
